At Boho, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Exchanges
Products purchased from Boho can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:

  1. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from what you ordered.

How to Raise a Dispute
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by writing to us at wearbohopk@gmail.com. Each dispute is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to ensure fairness for all parties involved.

To process an exchange for a defective, damaged, or faulty item, you will need to:

  • Email photographic evidence of the defective item to wearbohopk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Scenarios Where Exchanges Cannot Be Processed

  • The exchange request is made after 14 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Any original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, or accessories are missing.

Refunds
Boho does not offer refunds. However, if the item is out of stock or arrives in a flawed condition, we will issue a store credit coupon of the same amount, which can be used for online purchases.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Boho reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Payment is declined.
  • Pricing or order details are found to be inaccurate.

Note:

  • No exchanges or returns will be processed for items purchased during sales or promotions.
